01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of taya01 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

taya01 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Before processing any withdrawal, taya01 may require you to submit:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).

taya01 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya01 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your taya01 account.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya01 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the taya01 platform without prior written consent from taya01.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya01 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside taya01's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security.

taya01's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya01 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya01's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

taya01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

12 Termination

taya01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• taya01 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, taya01 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your taya01 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals or open investigations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

taya01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya01 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of taya01, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through taya01's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

taya01 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by taya01 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
